I'm interested in learning which exercises would be best to incorporate into an eight or twelve week training programme.
Also, if you've had an ankle sprain from the previous season but find it is still weak, what exercises might I be able to do at home? At a gym?
Thanks

Great,
I had repetitive ankle sprains from a collection of injuries in soccer - this was rehabbed using balance exercises (improving proprioception!)
Also it improved by doing strength work - which will also help your skiing/snowboarding and help prevent ACL injuries!
You want to incorporating Squatting/jumping/landing and lunging into whatever training you are doing!
Any decent books on strength training and plyometrics will help!
