.Hi there,
I am currently training for 2 half marathons, having already completed one. I run 4 times a week for 45-70 minutes. Can anyone advise me about a good (cheap) protein powder to use? I had been using Nutrisport's 90+ but im not sure its really helping because it is only 66% whey. Is it best to have a pure whey one? Do i need one with electrolites? I dont want to gain weight, just lean muscles.
