I just completed a marathon which I injured my left foot . I decided that now would be a good time to do some type of weight or resistance training. I thought about weights, but wanted to make the training relate
more to my sport of distance running. I've been using a Nordic Track Pro at about a 3 deg incline setting the starting tension at about 5 level doing 5 minute repeats. Resting 1 min then uping the resistance a half level then repeating till I reach about level 7. This routine seems to be getting easier and I haven't had any foot pain. I was wondering if anyone on here has been training in a similar fashion and what routines are they doing. I would appreciated any responses.i
