Ok here is my Workout at football practice then ill tell you my workout on the weekend and off-season..im still in-season now..ok here it is:
I go to school then after school i have football practice..We Get ready Jog 2 laps around the sidelines(note Everyday which is bad thats what you said)The we create 7 lines then run up till were 5 yards apart and we stretch.We do Right over left and switch.The lean to the left,right, and middle.Then arm stretching.We sit down on the ground and stretch next then Neck bridges.We get up do 20 jumping jacks then sprint back to the goal line and run 2 40 yard dashes,1-2 Shuffles,1-2 carica,1-2 fire out and go, 1-2 butt rolls, and directions.The we do about 1 hour worth of plays.Then we either run Triangles,5 sidelines,8 one hundreds,Redskin - run up to the 10 then back to the goal up to the 20 and back all the way up the field, or Push the sled up the field and down...and when we done with one of those we do a pride run which is a challenge whenever we tired which is goal posts.Thats what we do everyday after school..Now on the weekends:
Strength and Conditioning
1)Run up hills 5 reps(note after we do our warm up just like football only the warm up is)
2) Do football exercises
3)Sweedish Trots
4)Wrestling Maneuvers
5)Field laps - 3 laps which = about 400-600 yards
6)Mountain hill - 3 reps
7)Riding Bikes
8)Push-ups / Sit-ups
9)Ball Jumping
10)Running through woods
Explosive Power Training
1)Sprint up hills - 4 reps
2)Leg Workouts
3)Natural Squats(which equals like tree logs)
4)Practice getting off the ball
5)Do Reddkins up and down hills
6)Soccer drills
7)Suicides
8)Log dead lifting
9)Navy Seal Training
SCSPA
(Speed Conditioning Strength Power Agility Put together)
1. Wind Sprints / Football drills
2.5 min. 4 cone Agility Drills/add 1 min every week
3.5 more wind sprints
4.Run 2 fields / hills
5.50 push-ups and sit-ups
6. go up hill with only 2 hands no legs
Speed Training
Sprint 40 yard dash beat time 5.44(im trying to get 4.7)
Bag full of weights and tie rope to me and to the bag and run.
Partner Pull
Ladder exercises
Practice running form..
