Hi,
i play as a right winger in soccer and have already trained myself for dribbling and crossing upto some limits but what i really need to work more on is on my speed and acceleration, ive got some tips on speed and im ready to share but i would need to know the the order of excercising and the days in which i need to rest at i would appreciate could share his/her experience with me!
