GH release

Manipulating your workouts in order to affect hormone release is always a challenge.
The textbook answer is to use heavier weights and limit reps to less than 6 per set with about 5-6 sets per exercise. Rest as necessary between sets to allow adequate recovery, but not so long that you need to warm-up again.
This differs from testesterone release in that testesterone is released when you use a weight that will allow 6-8 reps with as little rest as necessary between sets.

You need to spend some training time above lactate level 85% of max heart rate, at least 10 min of your workout. Other ideas are to avoid fat 60min before exercise and sugar for two hours post exercise. Drink plenty of water during exercise and take protein straight after and make sure you get enough sleep.
