I wasjust wondering, being able to run 100 at 13.23s at the age of 14 and maintaining the performance (same age) are two things isn't it?
the other quesiton is ...
i used to run 100m hurdles/sprint/long jump back in lower high school, but now in university as a fresher, i'm switching sports to rugby/soccer for a try.
i actually started off the term with rugby, but then changed to soccer after christmas, because i felt that i couldn't cope with te upper body demands.
i realised that rugby and sprinting are two difffferent things
but are there any advice into adapting it?
i find soccer easier to pick up than rugby
and can you please give me the differences in demads for rugby vs. soccer?
