Hello. I made a digital training diary/logbook for endurance athletes such as runners, triathletes, cyclists, skaters, swimmers or whatever. I used it myself for a while and now some athletes in my network are using it and testing it for me.
It is an excel-file wich has about everyhting in it that you (or your coach) needs. It contains weekly counts such as volume, intensity, load, stress, rest-parameters, milage, hr's and so on. it also contains graphics the progress. It is a pretty advanced piece of work (at least, that's what I think...). I am still working on some extra stuff like more graphics and calorie intake and burned calories. This is future stuff.
Now here is my question. I am looking for some people who want to try and work with this diary so I can make it even better.
So I need feedback from the people who want to use it....
So are you interested in trying this diary/logbook and help me with your feedback?
Please react or send me an email.
Best regards,
Martijn Kromkamp

I'm very interested in this.

I'm very interested in this.
I'm currently working on an excel spreadsheet to track training volumes/intensities in the gym for my strength and conditioning degree...
I think maybe we could both help each other if your still interested!
