Hi,
I'll be honest. I'm a bit of a fatty. After too long being overweight/unfit I have been going to the gym for 6 months and lost about 20 pounds. I have started running 3-4 times a week for 5km a night and follow it with weight/strength training.
I have decided to try and do a triathlon. What is a good steady training program for me to start?
What fitness level should I be at before even considering entering one?
