Hi there,
Myself and a friend have started training for X-training competitions like the Ultra Fit. We would both appreciate it if anyone out there has any advice on training. Also we've found that most of the English X-training websites have not been updated for a couple of years and we'd be interested in hearing about any X-training events going on.
