I was training a year ago , and since then haven't been training . Now I came back to the gym. But during the period that I haven't been training I gained a bit weight . My height is about 170cm , and weight about 75kg, a little fat for my height. However, my goal isn't becoming slim , but make muscles of that fat , I have a pretty big body structure , big bones and unwanted weight which as I said I want to turn to muscles.
Unfortunately I can't afford myself all these wheys, powders and etc.
so I was hoping you could suggest me regular foods .what, when and how much to consume.
Probably worth mention that I'm 16 years old , if it helps somehow...
*I'm very sorry for my bad english =\
Thank you,
Eli.

Hi Eli
Don't worry, Whey powders and other magic formulas are handy quick-fix solutions for those who can afford them. All the ingredients can be found in a normal, healthy and balanced diet.
Start with this simple formula
After training sessions, eat 1g of carbohydrate per kg of weight, along with about 25g of protein.
See what this does to your weight over a couple of weeks then amend the amounts accordingly - ie increase the amount of protein and decrease the carbs to put more emphasis on lean muscle mass. Make changes only gradually and wait until you see the consequences before implementing further changes.
Best of luck
