Hi all. I am going to hold a seminar for women in regards to their metabolism and need some good questons to get a feel for what is of most interest in the category.

i not sure if this right person to ask , but i am an athlete , and have just been injured and now need to lose a stone to be back at my optimum fitness. is the best form of excercise just slow fat burning. or is weights and circuit training and like fartlek training good. i have 7 months to be at my optimum fitness so quite long time.

I would say the second option is the best - resistance training together with some interval CV work and a sensible diet. All 3 should do the trick! Add some kickboxing/boxing into the CV work if you can to give some added spice!!
