im also looking for some help in the wrestling training area. any help on getting back in shape would be nice

Check out combatgrappler.com! I've done quite a bit of work with Zach and he is a wrestling conditioning guru.
You can also check out www.hufftrainingonline.com which is my online performance program site. We have worked successfully with many wrestlers.
