i am in need of a protocol for the yo-yo test asap if any one has one it would be very helpful and be pulling me out of a jam CHEERS :oops:

hello i really need the performance table of Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test LEVEL 2. it`s the comparaison table of distance and stage. please hepl me.
