I am a rower and I just downloaded Terry's guide for an intensive 8 month training prrogramme. I have several questions about the details, but the first has to do with the days to train within each week. The guide shows workout routines on days 1,2,3,and 4 of each week. But on Block 3 is shows to workout on days 2, 3, 4, and 5? Are these consecutive days as in Monday - Thursday, or can you alternate to get the 4 days as in Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday? Why does block 3 refer to days 2 through 5? Thanks, Fred

Hello Fred,
Have you tried looking at the Concept2 forum in the UK - Terry has written training programs for them and has responded to questions in the forums in the past.
They have a very good and extensive training manual available for free.
They also have an excellent discussion forum.
I am chasing the Complete Rowing Training Package that was in the advertisement that caused me to join. I cannot find it and nobody has sent me a link to it. I know they will not post it to me because I live in AUstralia - do you know where it is please ?
