Im a 19 yo sprinter, 6,2 and 165, i run 10.82 but starts are real slow, would weight help, i only half squat 160 pounds, clocked a 1.83 FAT flying 20 the other day, so my top speed is ok, what to do to improve starts?

From Bryan on Facebook, 'Have to increase overall power the first few steps. Combination of fast pulls with resistance, preferably a type of band and explosive step ups would probably help'
