Hey im new to all this so i have no idea where to start i am 19 and i want to gain muscle for my confidence girlfriend and going on holiday in the summer so i was wondering what diet to do im quite athletic but without the body i play for a local football team thats about it.
i would like to know about protein what i should do to see results quickly etc... please this would help me so much i am ready to learn and listen.
