Have you heard of Crossfit training as a means of developing stength? I have recently started doing various routines and have really benefited both for core strength and cardiovascular fitness. Routines only last about 20 mins and you feel as if you have been in the gym for hours. Do you have any good training techniques or workouts that allows a short but sharp workout like this Crossfit training?
