Run four steps forward and backward and see what nobody has noticed before. Your feet drop to the rear to start a run forward. Your feet drop to the front to start backward.

I am currently taking a week off running and my back has been giving me lots of grief over the last month or so...I am a relative newbie to running, having started in April 2007 and my goals for 2008
