The website above will give you an idea of where British throwing is currently. Out of the disciplines (sprints, middle distance, endurance and jumps) it is probably the weakest.
Be interesting to hear thoughts of why British throwing is not as competitive as some of the other disciplines.

Reason for no throwers?
Hello all,
I would say that the throwing events are about the most difficult to learn and train for. As one has to have strength,power,speed,extremely good cordination and timing.
