Wheelchair Athletes
the purpose of this group is to create a place for discussion and exchange on weight training, circuit training for wheelchair athletes, A place to learn how to improve performance despite the challenge of being in a wheelchair. However, it is important to note that this group is not reserved uniquely to wheelchair athletes as I have learned just as much, if not more, from regular fitness junkies on how to improve my performance with different weight training programs/routines.
