Hi, my name is Ian...I am rapidly approaching 50 and am committed to keeping in shape. Currently my focus is on Triathlons having spent many years running and doing other, mainly, running centered sports. I spend 4-5 days a week doing CV, and 2-3 days on weight training....coupled with cross-training and some swimming.

G'day Grumpy - I'm stuart, I've just turned 40 and hope to be where you are when I'm approaching 50 - Run mostly marathons, half etc in the past.
Cutting back this year, (studying to be a Personal Trainer) and spending more time in the gym, but hankering with the idea of doing cross country running.

Anyway - keep going mate
