Question:

Hi. I am looking for examples of a dynamic warm?

My sport is Gaelic football, a field game played in Ireland and involves passing by foot and hand. It is similiar to Aussie rules but is played with a round ball and different size pitch and a number of rule differences. I have been using a dynamic warm up but want to change to add some variety.

Have you tried the following:
10 minutes (2-3 slow laps) with players in pairs passing the ball to each other (taking a bounce or toe-tap in-between. Then set cones up the middle of the pitch at 5m, 30m, 50m. Get the pairs to leave the balls and have them do the following up the inside of the cones whilst jogging back down the outside of the cones:
1 - Arm swings
2 - Backwards from 5m to 30m (x2)
3 - Flick legs up (heels to bums)
4 - Knees up
5 - Side skipping
6 - Open up groin by rotating leg outwards then inwards
7 - Criss-crossing (change of direction)
8 - High stepping or skipping
9 - 50% runs from 5m to 50m (x2)
10 - fast feet to 5m followed by 75% run to 50m (x2)
11 - Increase speed to 5m then quickly accelerate to 80-90%

This can be followed by some static stretching (5-6secs only) then ease into drills to build up the muscle work.

Hope this helps.

A good routine would be

Arm Swing
Side Bends
Walking High Knees
Walking Lunge
Trunk Rotations
Full Back Stretch
Abdominal Stretch
Hamstring stretch
Groin Stretch
Alternate Toe Touch
Leg Swing

Divide your team in two - use a lane marked with two cones standing 10 meters from each other for each team. Then it is only fantasy that limits what kind of exercises your players have to do. For example:
Simple running
Above with arm swings
criscrossing
sprints
claps
etc.
After a while your team captain can do the exercise as a routine and the other players just does the same !!
