Afternoon all,
This one is for the webmasters too,
Does anyone have access (that they would be willing to share, or not) to methods or files or even programmes that can help construct a training schedule, something to help literally put it on paper as messing about with boxes on excel can be incredibly frustrating (unless someone can write a good isiots guide for doing so).
There is so much good advice on the content of writing training plans on this site, but little or no help in showing people how do set it out on paper effectively. I haven't got it with me but later I will post something I used for planning a simple gym workout for my instructors assessment, although it is very basic and would only work for entry level exercise or training with a very simple set structure.
I also need something that will leave space for recording progression through weight levels, intensities, times, durations etc..

FWIW I'm happy to mail you the blank forms I use for designing periodised programs for endurance athletes. They are basically slightly altered versions of the tables used by Tudor Bompa.
