Away from here I have a BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Science separated by a 4-year stint working as a Senior Fitness Consultant at a leading British Uni.

I now work as a lecturer in Higher Education, teaching a variety of subjects from NVQ's in fitness to undergraduate Exercise Physiology.
