Biography:: I'm an FA Licenced Coach and SAQ International Advanced Coach, I also have a Dip in Sports Psychology and the Fa Online Fitness and Psychology Awards. I have a major Ambition to create a Professional Independant Football Academy in the South of England to allow Players from 7 to 18 to develop holistically in superb surroundings with the very best facilities available. I believe English football greatly lacks many of the skills of our European Counterparts and this is greatly due to a lack of intelligence in the Sport ! I appreciate this sounds harsh but look at other sports and see at grassroots level how they are using Psychology (NLP ETC.) Saq (Speed, Agility and Quickness)and better organisational skills to improve their own Sport! I worked for Manchester United Soccer Schools for 5 years as well as Southampton fc and do believe there is a massive need for quality Coaching by key Qualified Coaches throughout football....maybe it's a Dream but let's at least put up a fight, help our Players become the best in the World whilst enjoying the Total Experience!
