- I studied nutrition at the University of East London qualifying in nutrition and weight management and applied nutrition and runs an independent sport nutrition company based in Essex called Elite Sport Nutrition. I have over 15 years experience in sporting competition holding a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Karate, as well as an International Certification in Kyusho Jitsu Self Defence. I now compete as a Masters Triathlete and our team recently ranked in the top twenty London Triathlon in August 2007. I have a wealth of international experience in practical applied nutrition having received continued tuition from some of the top physicians in their field over the past 7 years. I am now studying nutritional therapy and work with individuals and coaches and athletes through sport nutrition seminars for sporting groups and associations such as the England and British Sport Karate Associations. I also have a nutritional wellness practice in Essex which involves general nutritional health talks, personal consultations, dietary interventions and counselling for achieving optimum cellular nutrition. I am passionate about natural, fair-trade and organically produced products - empowering others to make healthy lifestyle choices through strategies that deliver good, better and best results and overall wellbeing.
