Biography:: My name is Chris, I have been out of sport for two years and am looking to get back into the fitness trail. I had an ankle injury in 2005 playing rugby and it has never felt the same since. Just now I am looking for effective ways to lose wieght and get generally fitter to aid my way back into sport.
