I am a Jeet Kune Do Concepts/Filipino Martial Arts instructor. I am also a 4th degree black belt Taekwondo instructor. I have experience coaching groups and individuals of all ages for purposes of sport, fitness, or self-defense/combat. Currently I coach one on one and small groups for purposes of fitness and self-defense. I have been training in martial arts in AZ since 1987.
