- Good morning. I am a 50 year old female, 130 lbs, very muscular (but not enough). I have 4 children and the little ponch belly to show for it. I have been lifting and running for over 20 years. I have become much more serious about lifting in the past year. I lift about 1-1.5 hours everyday. I push as hard as I possibly can always to failure, 4 sets. I get the most out of my time and workout. I change my workout every 4 weeks. I also do cardio 3 times weekly. I have just recently started drinking protein mix (Whey), 60 gms protein per serving. I am mixing with milk versus water, that extra 1 gr of protein per oz of milk. I am drinking 80 gms of the mix daily. Comments for me? I am trying to get big.
