Biography:: I have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years and a Pilates instructor for about 2 1/2 years. I am now currently on my first year of a Sports Therapy degree at University College of Birmingham and hope to do a masters in Physiotherapy. Really intrested in areas of posture, core stability and the effects that these have on injuries. Then fixing any problems i find.
