I am 48 years old and self employed as a builder. I have been interested in sports since i can remember, trying different ones through my life. Mostly they have been for fun but sometimes competetively. Around two and a half years ago i accepted the challange of entering a local half marathon to raise money for our school, along with six or seven other parents. Since then i am still running and, until the last half marathon, have beaten my previous times. Unfortuneatly i am trying to shake off an achillies injury to get back to my previous fitness level and maybe improve it! Came accross your website through a link via a member of runners world.
