- hello to whoever reads these firstly. my name is chris from liverpool, im 29 scorpio looking for a female 5ft to 5ft 10... sorry wrong site AGAIN! ha ha. im an ex-serviceman who has now taken to the task of personal training people for a living. i do it part time for now but love to concentrate on weight loss and conditioning and strength for various sports. i am a sports fanatic, not so much a football fan as you might expect, but athletics, rugby league and triathlons - recently - all have taken my fancy. i am training myself to complete a triathlon... possibly an ironman, or maybe i will get out more ha ha. i love training and believe EVERYONE should invest in a personal trainer... even just for one session. I know you would all benefit from one as they will know something you dont and at the end of the day you all pay good money for your cars and televisions... live a little longer and enjoy them more!!! if anyone in the north of merseyside is training for any reason, whether it be you want to get back to basics and learn to love the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, you want to get fit for your sunday football team or want to get that model look u crave... seriously get in touch with me. i do not profess to know everything but will certainly get any answers for you!!! that is a vouch every PT should make. No one knows everything, some like to think so but one worth their mustard will help u achieve your goals no matter the cost! ENJOY your training and to get one up on "Nike" - DON'T JUST DO IT...
