- Biography:
- I developed the Strength of America program in 1989, after being a student assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at the University of Nebraska. Our initial goal is to help educate our young athletes to proper fitness, through strength and speed training as well as proper nutrition. Our kids train twice a week for one and a half hours on special weight machines I designed to fit their bodies properly as well as speed and agility training. We want to develop a proper balance of strength and flexibility surrounding a joint, to reduce the risk of injury, this is done both from our strength program as well as teaching them proper mechanics of how to move and change direction.
