Discovered running in April 2007...since then I've turned 40, lost 30 pounds in weight and taken my 10K time down to around 45 minutes. I'm looking to run sub 40 10K's by the end of 2008 and therefore I'm always on the hunt for ways to improve performance, speed and endurance.
