- Biography:
- I was injured while playing hockey 5 years ago in college. I went to see a doctor but he just gave me pain killer even though my knee was swelling. No x-ray or further treatment. After few days, my knee was okay. However, my knee often got swelling for the past three years after some sports activities. So, I was referred to orthopedic clinic last year. The doctor prescribed me glucosamine sulphate and I took it for 3 months. Last February, I had an arthroscopy surgery. My knee became worst after that. I had to walk with crutches since the surgery until now. From the arthroscope the doctor found out that I had ACL tear, meniscus problem and no cartilage at all. So, the doctor did nothing. Just cleaned my knee during the surgery. He couldn't explained why I cannot walk on my own after the surgery.
