I used to be a distance runner. I developed an overuse injury, Plantar fasciitis, and have been unable to run since. But, I discovered swimming this fall and love, love, love it! Now, if I only didn't have to keep a job too, (such a nuisance) I'd have more time to swim. As it is I am limited to 15 hours a week (poor me).
