Im a single Mum of two teenagers. I am a fitness enthusiast and keen to lose weight. Just completed a week of military style fitness boot camp in Devon. The most physically tiring week of my life. Pushed myself beyond limits. Unfortunately Im now in terrible pain in my knees. But thats another story.
My interests are hiking, rock climbing, abseiling, circuit training, boxercise and strength training.
