I would suggest that the athlete needs to develop his core stability, the core stabilization on the Leg cycling and Hip drive is very poor

Hi John,
had a look at the video,
could you explain what you mean by the core stabilization on the Leg cycling and Hip drive being poor - is there too much movement?

100 meter dash takes just around 9secs to complete. But seeing the video every individual should understand that it will take years of practice to perform in that particular 9secs. High quality video. Very useful for beginners.

Absolutely apt title. This video is a sprint specific example to practice how to increase the circuit speed. Every morning I just play this video and keep telling myself “speed up man”.

Not only speed up

This circle training might be useful for daily exercise not just only for speed up. Thanks for sharing this. I enjoy looking that video.

Nice and useful video. No doubts that following this will help increasing the circuit speed. Out of all, I feel that leg cycling and medicine ball chest pass against wall are really tough to carry out. Really need years of practice.

Body Movement

There is not too much movement at all. If you carefully watch the video, it will let you know core stabilization on the leg cycling but not the hip drive being poor. It's all about just how to increase the speed and more of warm-up.

Amazing stuff. Thanks for

Great video. Using a light pair of dumbbells while doing Sprint Arm Action would also give you a great advantage in developing strength and power required while sprinting.

Circuit training to increase sprint speed will most certainly help runners improve their times and perhaps even win races. But, what about winning at the game of life? If it’s time to head back to school for advanced certifications in your field, there’s an option that can prove as effective as circuit training is for the runner. The option involves taking online courses. Research has shown that computer-based training can improve retention levels and whilst providing the opportunity to earn career-building certifications, diplomas and even degrees. The choice of programs available is amazing, too. From business and construction certifications to childcare diplomas, the applicability to almost any field is there.
