The Standing Good Morning

The standing good morning is an excellent lower back exercise and one that I use with the majority of my trainees.

The exercise is really cool and did great for me. Following it for a couple of weeks have expanded my chest through a couple of inches! Also my triceps have got a nice shape too, though I don't know if that was this exercise's credit or some other ones.

Good morning video

Hi there,

You can do these stiff leg, bent leg, narrow, medium, wide, standing, seated, in or out of a power rack, starting at the bottom, middle, top with a dumbbell, dumbbells, squat bar, safety squat bar, cambered bar, bands, chains...the variations are almost infinite.
