It looks like it'd definitely give the triceps a great workout. When exercising my triceps, I grip a single dumbbell with both hands, place it behind my head, and extend my arms. Great workout!

The military press could arguably be the best shoulder exercise there is. Just make sure to practice care and regularity in doing this Bodybuilding shoulder exercise.
Gr8 excersize
its really great exercise, I had some problem and my physo told me to do it.
good exercise but...
it is more focused upon the anterior deltoid as previously stated, the triceps are a contributory synergist and more effective in the eccentric phase of the movement. If the 'bingo-wings', how about performing a combination of tricep kick-backs, partial press-ups (narrow arm), bench dips (full & partial range) and/or tricep press-downs (using a cable cross or lat-pull down).

Your job might not require heavy lifting, but that's no reason to ignore your shoulders. The military press gives your upper body tone and helps you hoist weighty objects without much trouble. "And using dumbbells allows more freedom of movement than the traditional barbell press," Mejia says. That means less strain on your shoulders.Btw Nice to talk with you.
